You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Canada or the United States to access our services. By using this site, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Payment Terms
All services require upfront payment unless otherwise stated. Deposits and full payments are non-refundable. Services may be placed on hold once, for a maximum of 3 months, provided they are redeemed within the same calendar year of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content shared through our coaching, digital products, courses, and website (including worksheets, recordings, PDFs, and frameworks) is the intellectual property of Career Coach K. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any materials without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All coaching conversations are confidential unless you consent to share testimonials or feedback. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
6. Technology Platforms
We use third-party systems (such as GoHighLevel, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Stripe) to deliver services. You are responsible for ensuring access to a reliable device, internet, and email. We are not liable for platform outages or errors beyond our control.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our content if you breach these terms, behave abusively, or engage in unethical conduct. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Our services are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. You agree to hold Career Coach K harmless for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
8. Changes of Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
